If you have a 6 speed manual, it doesn't have a pilot bearing...the 5 speed I believe does. At any rate your probably due for a tranny rebuild.

From what your describing this sounds related, or is the transmission input shaft bearing. When the clutch was replaced I assume they replaced the pilot bearing. That would have been very stupid if they didn't.
