Leveling kit if you mean spacers will give the same preload, you need to do some trimming, have a buddy look while you turn wheel to full lock in both directions and see what needs to be trimmed. Definitely some plastic in wheel well and mabye the cab mount but hipefully not

Any lift other than a spindle lift(only prerunners) or mabye a drop bracket lift changes the geometry of the front end and in turn makes it hard to align properly without new ucas, i dont have ucas and im lifted 3 in but my castor is pretty low. Its still plenty drivable but above 65 it wanders...
