I have two of the cargo bars you have there that i used on my 2013 ford f250. But im afraid to use them on my tacoma im afraid imight crack the bed because its not metal.

Use a air compressor and air gun than get inside truck and have some spraying air around windows and door while you are inside and check exactly where noise is coming from. You migh have to get door seal and install. I had noise like that from doors on my 2013 ford edge.

I installed tuffy security box in the bed on the side.
