Replaced the fuel filter last week on my 02 tacoma w/ V6. Made a noticeable power and response improvement. 148k miles. I would have done it sooner, but read and heard incorrectly that it's a lifetime filter. Cut it open and saw a lot of silt wash in the gas that dripped off.
