The important thing when choosing a cover is thinking about what you expect out of a cover. Ive had roll ups, roll ups on a frame which made it a roll up/lift up, and now I have a tri fold. Each one of them ha e jad their benefits and detractors, its all in what you want/need.
When I had my Ram hemi I was getting 17/20 around town, got 24 on a trip to the beach. Yes, the taco does some better however shouldn't be boasted as a selling point.
My 19 taco v6 with 7000 mikes on it averages 21.8 to 22.4 from tank to tank. The only time ive seen below 20 on a daily trip was if I got stuck in a drive thru too long. Top tier gas only, only mod is a k& n drop in air filter.
Claiming a 1 or 2 mpg increase with any mod is irevelant unless you're measuring over exact same trip, speed, and weather conditions. My milage varies on a daily basis, wether I run 60mph or 70mph, AC on or off, if I run it up over 4000 rpm on a get on ramp.
Id say you get more cold air from the stock air box. I just use the k&n drop in, have used several over the years with no issues. $50/$60 depending on what youre putting it in.
I know nothing about led's. Is it as simple as just changing the bulbs or do you need to do something with the wireing too, a blast or something like that?
Ive used lucas speed shine for years with no issues. There are a number if spray waxes that say no residue effects on flat or matte finishes, I would assume any of them would work. Ive heard good words about the new meguires ceramic spray wax, haven't tried it yet but going to.
Yeah, I seen the extra pipe option, ive got the short bed 4 door. I just looked at carid as thats where I've bought some stuff before, their price was $618. If I get serious I will do some shopping though.
Ive been thinking about this. When I had my Ram I changed the muffler and while on a day to day basis I really liked it on trips the drone made me wish I had the stock muffler back on. Is there any big difference in sound with the Borla, or is it just better flowing? You also have a tune on...
Mine is android, LG V30 thin q. The I phones are pretty much fully compatable, its when you get to androids that some are and some not so much. I can't remember how I found the list now but I think I googled e tune and somewhere there was a thing to click to see compatable phones.
I know this in an outside shot but are you sure youre phone is compatible with the Bluetooth in youre radio? I couldnt figure out why my e tune wouldn't work, finally after much much digging I found out my phone wasn't comparable, even though it is a current model phone. Everything else works on...
Is this something that just started or been this way all along? Ive never had any issues with my taco but for sone reason my phone started acting up when in my wifes van. I took the van off my blue tooth list and repaired it to the van all over again, been working fine since.
