I can't say I've seen them "put to the test" but I have them and must say they look a little more heavy duty than stock. Mine rides great, barely any stiffer than the stock Billies. Can't go wrong with them unless you want more lift imo.

I've mostly used Turtlewax wax as you dry. Note there are 2 types of Turtlewax. The other is called Express Shine if I remember correctly, I don't use that one. The wax and dry or wax as you dry (can't remember) says to use wet. The other I think is intended for dry use and touch up.

I'll start by stating that I use a detailing spray wax after washing (spray it on when wet) to wipe it down. I do this in the shade also. No water spots and always has a just waxed look.

I usually wipe the excess off to avoid this no matter what brand I'm using. Also I don't like the wet look, I just like it to darken and help give the tires a cleaner look.

Toyota had a TSB out for this, had my blower motor replaced under the TSB. But has to be under warranty to get it done free anyway.

Does the wiring look factory? Cant tell in the pic but the switch doesn't since it's not mounted. As for the fuse, something else must run off of it also is all I can figure.

I have the EGR's, when I bought them I found them on Amazon for $46 shipped which was about half the price of the Weathertechs.

This is primarily why I bought mine because I plan to keep it for a long time but it is also nice to know that if I ever need to sell or if anything else should happen that it's value is much greater than any other truck out there.

That is why I bought new. I looked at some that were just a year or two old and paid what they were asking for mine new.

The bolts should be longer I would guess depending on the type of spacer you have. Not sure if your are asking if you should cut the bolts down or what though?

Have you checked http://downsouthmotorsports.com/ for the 5100's? They usually have the best prices. At least for Tacomaworld members but I think they changed that. But of course they will have to be shipped and it sounds like you need them now. If you're wanting to keep about the 2 inches...

I think you have to get the Literider or the Limited which is what I wanted. When I bought mine they guy told me he wasn't sure which one his was but said his worked with the cleats. Sure doesn't with mine.

I have the Loredo which I bought used so I don't know how old it is but it is great. Only thing I don't like is the fact that I can't use my bed cleats which I was told I could. I've heard Access is a great company to deal with. :thumbsup:

I had a bad experience with the dealer I bought from and got nowhere. Contacted Toyota Corp. and they wouldn't/couldn't do anything. :censored: My brother bought a Tacoma from the same dealer after I referred him there. Was supposed to get a $100 referral fee. NOT! I haggled with them over...

Local county web page says 7.5 inches fell in a 6 hr period. And lake levels were already high.
