I came home today and found a new owner's manual at my door. I didn't order it and I have no idea why I got it. I'll probably call Toyota tomorrow to ask about it, but until then, does anybody know why they would have randomly shipped a new manual? I'm assuming a change had been made to it.

Look for the dealer invoice price list for 2016. If you dig around on tacoma world you should be able to find it there.

Exactly what I was wondering. If this started right after you changed your "oil" then that may be the case. You may want to keep your driving to a minimum until you check it out.

Did you check the rear seatbelts to see if they are secured in their clips? Storage compartments under and behind seats to see if anything is sliding? Sorry, but those are my only ideas.

I go by the trip mpg that is shown after the truck is turned off. I also go by the real time mpg.

Count me in. After that I'm gonna install a non shatterproof windshield and delete my headlights.

Why do you need to read your text messages on the screen, presumably while driving? I hope you don't figure out how to bypass that SAFETY feature. Nobody deserves to die just so you can read your freaking text messages while driving.

I have the rust protection. It has a 10 year warranty. Too early to know if it works.
