I just spray a little heavy duty silicon across the drums inner bolt pattern. Never had an issue pulling the drums, nor collecting rust. Just don't slobber the spray on.

Should have bought kumho tires, I got 4 245/75 16's installed for around $850 otd from town fair tire. These tires have basically the same specs.
