I have bilstein 5100s set at 2.5" with stock uca's and stock coils. I will admit that the ride is stiffer than stock and the alignment is usually off when I have it checked. Alignment isn't bad enough for uneven tire wear after 30,000 miles but I stay on top of it

I don't know from experience but Google has informed me that you can run 265/65/18 stock with no trimming. Same width and diameter as 265/75/16

I'm not sure about the Trd calipers but I bought American racing 16x8 wheels and they rubbed the calipers. I just solved it by getting wheel spacers. I know people get 16x8 wheels without issues but for me it wasn't the case

Otherwise I think it's a great looking truck

I wouldn't buy a third gen just because I hate the way the grill and headlights look
