Dealer Good Deal for Oil Change Supplies

Try that with the gen3 v6 truck. Even with a professional garage lift, it's nearly impossible. Adding the new oil ain't the issue....it's removing that oil housing canister. You're practically guaranteed to get a few drops of oil on yourself, or the driveway.

How often do you park beside another Tacoma….

Really? I mean, REALLY?!?! That's it. You're just a photoshop wizard. Come on! Nobody parks around that many Tacos!!!! Anyway... My wife thinks that I now belong in an insane asylum... I'm always looking to park close to another Taco just to get that elusive (for me, anyway, not Tex...) photo...

How often do you park beside another Tacoma….

So this morning I pulled into a thrift store for some cheap furniture for my sons new apartment and parked in front of this awesome Maroon gen1 Tacoma with a lift kit and large tires and a good looking bumper. Oh yeah, and thats my sons Taco on the left but we already talked about his Taco...

How often do you park beside another Tacoma….

Had to go to Best Buy this morning and found two beautiful gen2 SR5's. The SilverMetalic is pretty much stock with a solid bed cover. The SuperWhite has a nice lift and after market rims. Both of these guys have been well maintained.

    New Tacoma Owner

Idk about the 4.0, never had one. This is my first tacoma coming from a 4.7 tundra. The 3.5 feels about the same whether on the highway, or towing my boat, except having way more up top. Imo, its one strong little 6 cyl I've heard of many condemning the 3.5 for no low end, but all of them have...

How often do you park beside another Tacoma….

Had a doctor appointment at the Dallas VA this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see another Tacoma parked behind me. A nice gen3 with a small lift kit. And yes, I removed the decals from my back window yesterday because my new volunteer job at DFW Airport requires me to have a 4"x4"...

Makin my rounds all over town today and spotted this SuperWhite gen2 taco. I'm not into the big tires and lift kits these days but the 3" lift and chrome wheels was worth taking some pictures. Good looking rig.

    Hood Too Heavy To Lift

Same here suffering a serious stroke several years ago. I have about 1/3 limited use of my right side. I too had a 01 tundra, and it was a great truck. The gen3 tacoma I now have has a very heavy hood, but I now manage, after a huge amount of physical therapy, and hard work. I've thought of...

    Hood Too Heavy To Lift

There are hood lift struts that will help and eliminate the need for the hood prop. Sorry, I don't remember the brand. Search on this site for "hood prop". I'm sure a discussion will surface with many details.

    Hood Too Heavy To Lift

Help...I bought a '23 Taco (I didn't sell my '03 Tundra though) which I LOVE, but...the hood is too heavy to lift. My Tundra wasn't like that nor was my brothers '17 Taco. Believe me, I spent enough on the '23 to get it exactly the way I wanted it. But who knew that of all things, they reverted...
