Understand that with some 2 wd lift kits all you get are spacers to provide lift in the front. These really ruin a lot of ride and handling qualities.

You shouldn't need to change anything with a 3" or less lift. Maybe do an alignment after. 3" or smaller is usually just a bolt on.
