are these steps slippery?

I have a Tacoma trd 4x4 dblcab Inferno on order and I need people's opinion

My Honda wife's Honda pilot has similar step bars and the kids are slipping in the winter ... can anyone tell me if the Tacoma steps like in this picture have the same problem

10 y old probably not but the 7 and 5 y olds do... and the 5' wife also...

Get NFab steps. Your wife will be happy and your truck will look great.

I agree they look great and also potentially safer in the winter, now I need to find a canadian dealer

If you have a LEER dealer or other truck accessory store near you, they should be able to get the step rails ordered in for you. You can also try to order them online yourself at n-fab.com. Good luck.

okay...generally speaking, kids are excellent climbers, hence the proliferation of jungle gyms. Maybe the 5 I've raised/raising are from planet Krypton.

I have those came with the truck. They are not slippery when wet. Not sure about snow but my 4yr old goes up and down with no problems
