Xporter rack to fit 2018 tacoma

I have been searching for the adapter to fit my Xporter Thule racks to my 2018 Tacoma. I used to have them on my 2006 Tundra. I have read that the adapters have been discontinued. Does anyone know where I could find them?

By chance know the model number of the adapters?

Is it XK3 Adapter Kit?

You can search by model number, even if they're discontinued you're still able to find stores that have them.
