Tacoma Paparazzi

... may have happened upon a gem of a gen3 taco today heading west on the i80 racket
It had Maine plates and looked to be inna hurry to Colorado
So I will do some detective thing and see what comes of it
 
If this taco is in such a hurry, avoid crawling under its chassis to take pics when it stops for fuel. We don't want you to get runed over.
 
Did the detective task at that other place and I was mistaken!

The taco or tacos from Maine are of the gen2 flavour and are headed this way in early September
 
I nearly bought a white sx access cab that was on the dealers lot when shopping for my 2020 tacoma. I was really set on a quicksand sr5, but the sales manager soured me on the white saying they've had too many paint peeling issues with it. They told me they could get the exact truck I wanted in 6-8 weeks.

you should see that last 98-2000 TRD underneath :oops:
many frame patches and a HUGE hole eaten on the passenger side by the forward spring perch

ROTTout even makes its way to Kansas eventually, 10 to 15 years later than the northeast
