Turned out being my fuelpump.

The filter is part if the pump which is in the fuel tank. From what I understand.

Would that not throw a code?

It happens in all the gears.

86xxx. Have not changed the injectors but put seafoam in the fuel. Clutch seems fine.

I have a 2005 tacoma 4.0 6 speed manual. When accelerating to get on the highway I've notice it has moments of hesitation and is only noticeable when accelerating hard. I've cleaned the MAF, sprayed seafoam in the throttle body and changed the plugs. It is still doing it.....please help
