Well.....after replacing both sensors on the down stream side of the CATS, things seemed fine for the last 260 miles. Then out of know where it threw the code 430 code again. Guess the only thing left is to replace the CAT.

Anyone have issues with this code? Coming up as the O2 sensor to the rear of the cat, or the cat itself. Runs fine when the light comes on, no operational issues. To get to the sensor, you have to take the entire upper intake off, remove the pass side fuel rail input line, remove the coolant hoses that go to the throttle body, and lots of pesky wiring clamps...

Well, figured it out today. The previous removed the control unit and rewired 2 relays into the system. The actuator works just fine in 2 wheel drive, 4 high, and 4 Lo, just no dash light. Interesting bit of work. Thanks for the help.

Yup, it’s an off-road TRD. It’s in 4x4 low. I have heard rumors of an ECU for the Diff Locker. Any ideas on that?

Yup, you would think it should, but it doesn’t. I can’t even tell where to look on the panel. The 4x4 and LO lights come on just fine.

Had a similar problem on my 2002. Make sure the engine ground wire is tight and making a good connection. Mine was on the driverside top.

I just got a 2006 V6 4wd manual. Is there any maintenance that needs/can done together? On my 2002 when I changed the timing belt, I changed the water pump as well because it was already torn down that far.
