I have a 2005 tacoma 4.0 6 speed manual. When accelerating to get on the highway I've notice it has moments of hesitation and is only noticeable when accelerating hard. I've cleaned the MAF, sprayed seafoam in the throttle body and changed the plugs. It is still doing it.....please help

I'm in the process of replacing my LH pretensioner due to a code being thrown. But on the new pretensioner I'm not able extract the seat belt to install it. Help.
