    Side step for 2017 dcsb

Saw an older tacoma side step that is a matt black bar that appears movable as it was tucked upward to the body as is the truck was park close to the curb. Would like something similar but is a two step and looks like the Toyota predator. Any recommendations?

    Final coat electromagnetic rust inhibitor

Being offered by my salesman to install on my 2017 taco for $595 plus tax. Not recommending the spray based rust protection. Worth it?

    Glass breakage sensor

My 2017 TRD sport 4x4 came with a security alarm system without the subject sensor. Where can I purchase one and does anyone know if it is easy to install (plug and play)?

Extended Warranty Offer on 2017 Tacoma

Finally I've purchased my first Taco, a 2017 TRD sport 4x4. Sales person is encouraging me to pick up the extended warranty. I've come to understand the tacoma is reliable and durable. Any thoughts on why I should pick up one? Quoted about $2,200 bumper to bumper for 8 years.

    2017 TRD - 4x4 Sport vs 4x4 Offroad

Nice to have the electronic controlled locking differential and CRAWL among other features on the off road version. I'm going back and forth in trying to make that buying decision. Will be my first 4x4 truck. Looking at the long term ownership, would think the maintenance/repair will cost more...

2017 TRD sport and offroad Tacoma - anti theft?

Does the TRDs roll off with an alarm or at least the horn goes off if someone breaks and open a locked door? Reason I'm asking is that if there is no anti-theft from the factory, I want to order an aftermarket car alarm before my truck comes in.

    My first Tacoma

Thanks. Was at the dealership yesterday and I like as well the TRD sport 4x4 which does not have the black over fenders. However it lacks the multi terrain and CRAWL. Crawl not an essential for the casual for the off road person is my initial opinion but I've seen the CRAWL in action via...

    My first Tacoma

Very excited to be reading the 2017 taco brochure. Looks like it's coming down to the TRD sport though I'm don't know if I'll go with the off road version and a 4x4. Maybe it's not a big deal but personally I'm not a fan on the black trim on the fenders on the off road version. My experience...
