Long and short of it is when the 15 amp efi fuse is pulled the parasitic draw goes away. When I pulled out the Ecu and unplugged it... the amp draw also went away.
The amp draw starts at about 1.8 amps the second the meter is hooked up then slowly drops to about 650 milliamps draw.
I've unplugged all the relays and most things that seem linked to the efi and checked for the draw to drop, one at a time, nothing changed the draw.
I checked the ignition tumbler, nothing.
I unplugged the alternator because I heard something about bad diodes and nothing changed the draw.
I'm stumped!
