1999 Tacoma but I notice

Start with tire balence and possible road force test. move to the front end around while the tires are off and check ball Joints, shock mounts, drive shafts, rotors, and all joints

Because when I turn it hits the back of my fender I'm kinda new to this sorry about that would really appreciate the help
 
Their 265s they shouldnt rub unless at full lock but if they are then you need to turn your wheel all the way in either direction and mark where the tire is hitting and trim away ;)
 
I've had the same problem with my tacoma I also have the same size tires. I have a 3" suspension lift and I also had my tires realigned and it fixed the wheel scrubbing tremendously. I have very little scrubbing now.
