2004 Tacoma frame rust

I bought a 2004 model Tacoma last year from Ohio that had the frame sprayed for anti-corrosion. Took it into the dealer this past week after noticing some deterioration and they say since there is no record in the Toyota system of it being sprayed, there nothing they can do?

Has anyone else here had to deal with this situation? If so, did you push hard and what, if anything did Toyota do? Thank you.

Shouldn't any Toyota dealer be able to handle? The vehicle is now located in Texas.

Sure any one of them in any state. I bought a 2007 in Dec 2014. My local dealer ran the Vin. It came up as not properly undercoated from the factory. They told me they could coat the frame then no more warranty. If we watch several spots that are close to rusting through. The frame could be replaced. I'm waiting for the end of April for a recheck. If it was sprayed as result of the recall it should have received a 10 yr warranty on the frame. I think Toyota should be able to check their recall records for you.
