2013 conversion?

So I have my 08 Tacoma, but I really would like to buy the newer style head light and grille. My question is would I have to get a new hood and fenders or just the headlights and grille, also do that bolt up the same way? I have no bumper on my truck so I'm not worried about that

Hood, headlights, grill, plastic pieces under the headlights and possibly fenders but I'm not sure. Not everything will simply bolt up.
