How can you tell when the truck is being direct injected or port injected. The lowest RPM i can run in 6th gear is 2100 at 65mph. Where is everyone else at that speed?
 
I can check with the auto in D then S tomorrow even though yours is manual. I can tell with truck in park running you can hear the change then I got a bit of water vapor during cycle change.
 
I keep hearing the ac compressor cycle on and off constantly! Its really annoying. Its crazy how different the Tacoma is to the 4runner. I drive both back to back, if it wasn't for the toyota symbol on the steering wheel , i would never believe they are made by the same company. The 4runner doesn't do that ac cycling. My friend also has a new 2016 TRD-Sport and his does the same thing. If it wasnt his input i would of had it back to the dealer.
