Blue LED cluster gauge lights

Does anyone know about the blue LED lights you can get for a 2010 Tacoma for the cluster gauge lights or speedometer lights?
Where can I get them?
Is there s video on YouTube on how to change these bulbs?
 
Someone with good soldering experience needs to do this because they are surface mount LEDs that are soldered directly onto the circuit board.
