Entune 3.0

Purchased a off road in Sept. With entune audio plus. I cannot get any app to work on the entune only Alexa Toyota. Yesterday it said I needed another Toyota app because entune 3.o wasn't supported. I download the app signed in and opened the radio immediately it said I need an radio update. It updated and after updating for one second I saw a icon on the radio screen called "add a app" it disappeared and now only Alexa Toyota is the only app that will work. Im I doing something wrong or does the Toyota radio only support the Alexa app. Now, if I plug in my phone Android auto works perfects and runs many apps. Please advise.

I have the same thing no extra apps just Alexa app. So i dont really use entune. I'll just plug in my phone and use androud auto.

Im really considering putting a Dasaita 9" px6 head unit in my truck.
