There’s days where I only take 5-7k steps. I try to hit 10k daily but it doesn’t always happen. Point is to be mindful of it and try to walk more.

Yeah. Easy enough. Most of my steps come from work. If I’m walking over 6k it’s because it’s been a terrible night.
