I'm looking to buy an 08 Toyota Tacoma pre runner. It has 89k miles and bed had a tree fell on it and he had it replaced and everything. Just wanting to know what I should look for and be aware of before I buy it.

Physically driving it (not just around the block) can be most revealing and carry a tape measure for some wheel base measurements as well as ground clearance comparisons. Personally I would be most concerned with drive train irregularities, hence the nice long drive.

Not sure where you live, but Tacomas are prone to frame rust, so check it out carefully.
