Performance upgrades

Any recommendations on upgrades that can help with performance, gas mileage or both? I was thinking of installing either K&N or airaid intake but it seems from other posts I've read that it's not worth the money?

JUNK. But that's my opinion. S/C is the way I went. Kept the gas mileage about the same. But I didn't buy my truck to save on gas.

Definitely worth the money, I haven't had any issues what so ever... Except the fact that mud tires spin really easy with it... Lol

Only when it's time for another upgrade. I don't keep all my eggs in one basket.
