Rator liner on fenders and side of taco

Hey guys new to this forum but I have an 01 prerunner and my fenders and bumpers are faded and want to use rator liner on them and a 12" strip along side my truck. Any advice or bad reviews?
 
I dontnlike the look and also if rust gets behind it youll never know but im sure thats work fine
 
I pulled mine up in the front and its losing clear coat and rust is starting so I'm replacing the front fenders with bulged fenders :)
