My friends over at one of the stores I go to gave me this returned Corbeau suspension seat. Only problem which wasn't really a problem was, it was black and my interior is gray. After some research, I found Color bond. Here's how it came out.

Nice. How long did it take and how many coats?
2 cans and the prep cleaner.

Took like an hour and a half. Each coat bonds and dries in 1 minute, but they recommend 15 minutes between coats. I bought the cleaner, but they said u can use acetone. I thought the acetone might be to harsh. 24 hours to fully cure.

Thanks whipersnapper

Looks good! But won't it eventually flake off?

Company says no because Its a dye not a paint. But we'll see I've never done this before. And it was either this or have them recovered. 35.00 for paint and the cleaner or 300.00 to recover it.

Thnx Chris.

Why is it called a suspension seat? Looks good, though.
