Has any one changed their seats on a 2001 Tacoma to some thing much more with buckets ???

Look on eBay and or a local u pull it/junkyard. The Xrunners have more of a bucket seat if you want OEM. Otherwise after market. Make sure the seat belts are compatible or you can change them out and the bolt patterns match or you'll be fabricating to fit.

You can make just about any seat fit if you're willing to fabricate.

Someone was talking about putting 2” of foam padding in their seats on TW and they thought it was the best comparatively to swapping out seats
