Speaker upgrade

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my stock speakers and have a couple of questions, what size speakers are currently in there and does anyone have a recommendation of what speakers to get? I have an 04 extended cab tacoma.

6x8's w/ 1.6" tweet up front
5x7's (or 6x8's) in back
