Transfer and diff fluid.

It's a 4x4 double cab 4.0 6 cylinder tacoma. I'm going to be changing the fluids on the diff and transfer case pretty soon. I was just wondering does anyone have a recommendation for which fluid I should buy? Thanks.

ECGS is a company that specializes in ring and pinions. They recommend it so I use it because I figure they have more experience than I do. I used Mobil One before and in my previous truck and it was fine. Some people use bottom drawer Coastal brand and have no issues.
