Its horrible seeing them sit in the fridge for those 3 days tho, and then smell em cook for 4hrs.
Ill try.... i havent used this bbq for about a year... maybe 2, because the ash tray folded in half and they stopped making parts for it... well, just last week i found alternate parts i think will work. Ill check fitment tomorrow.
I ruined about $80 worth of porterhouse not long ago on a new bbq. I wanted to blow the pos up.
I use to have big BBQ’s. I now have had a little Webber for a few years and it’s the char de char, I’ve been very happy with it. I have been eyeing the Traeger and or REC TEC. I have a big chief I smoke a lot in that. Something about a smoked meat.

I don't think they make an outdoor BBQ that doesn't want to torch you with flame rollout....
