won't engage into 4wd

My green 4wd light and my yellow 4wd lo lights are blinking when i try to engage into 4HI.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? All help is appreciated very much.

Probably a bad transfercase actuator. You could also try checking the plug for gunk.
