Exhaust Rattle??

I'm starting to get a rattle form a loose heat shield on my 2009 Toyota Tacoma 2.7l 4x4..

Anyone have this problem?? It will go away after the truck warms up. It appears to be a loose heat shield around the cat converter.
 
I had this same problem on my 2010. Ripped it off and never thought twice about it. Then again I leased it
 
utspartan.. I was thinking the same thing. If I try to re-clamp the shield it will just work itself loose??
 
i tightened the hell out of a 4" hose clamp around the center of the shield and i havent heard any rattling for the past 6 months

Lots of problems with heat shield rattles. The easy solution is to remove the shield or wrap with a hose clamp. Once the snow melts up here in Pennsylvania, I'll fix the shield. I have a mig welder.... Anyone weld the orig bracket to the exhaust pipe??? I'm kinda thinking I might have to braze due to the fact the exhaust system is stainless steel??

Keep the suggestions coming... Still trying to find the best fix.
