It was a great Thanksgiving joel. My oldest son and his family traveled from Florida to be here and youngest son and his family traveled from Montgomery to be here. The wife's mom and pops drove up from Dallas and we had a huge Thanksgiving supper. It was gobble gobble and oink oink as the main entree. :)
 
Turkey flambe? sounds yummy like roast duck flambé.
I fed the remains the other day of my turkey to the crows. Last couple days, been fueling up on my homemade german apple strudel with golden raisins. Its hard to stop eating that stuff.
