I replaced the front door speakers with a set of Pioneer 6x9 components. The separate tweeters bring out the highs much better than a coaxial mounted tweeter. Plus, the separate tweeter can be placed about shoulder height giving a more realistic sound stage.
Suggest a visit to a store for a listen. Speaker construction and placement will affect the sound quality and experience.

I understand that the tweeter in these speakers can be adjusted so I'm assuming you can point it up towards the driver/passenger.
I guess I'll find out after they are installed....I'm sure I'll get better sound than the ****ty OEM speakers.
