A lot of places like LEER and other truck accessory stores can have the step rails shipped to their store and you can pick up yourself or have them installed. If you decide to install them yourself, I suggest laying out an old comforter or something similar underneath your truck to avoid scratches should the step rail slip away from you and use the box as a support.
These rails cost between about $330-440 last time I checked, but they have a high weight capacity rating that beats the tits off running boards. NFab has several finish options and sizes to choose from, even a rail that allows you to detach the steps when you aren't using them.

Haters are gonna hate but i spent 110 on my 3" round tubes for my '08 dclb n they look good and have held up to chunks of ice and light off road an assload of road salt and so on. Just sayin.
