Accidents happen all the time like that on I84 here, especially during rush hr.....it's like nascar at richmond. Just one reason why auto insurance premiums are some of the highest in the country.
 
Nearly crash my tacoma this morning into this dumb city cop that pulled a quick left hand turn from a parking lot nto a busy rt 202 without any lights, or siren. I locked up my brakes....good thing its abs functioned well missing him by inches. Next thing I see is the cops lights flashing following this white car....then other cop cars swarm this white car cutting the driver off from going any further. Several officers get out ready to pack some heat as they approach the white cars driver. Idk what was going on, but someone was badly wanted for something.
