This is a very good point..... but i started it well after my dinner and deleted the pic on accident.

Yeah those are something you either like it or you don’t. I’m not a huge fan. It’s not the cheese I would normally use on an omelette. I had the blue cheese from a wedge salad I made. The Swiss from a Rueben. I like trying new food combos. I also don’t like to waste food if I don’t have to. :)
