I've had a window rattle on driver side when the window is all the way down with manual windows. Pulled it apart and found a nut had fallen off causing it to rattle.
My Boss had a rattle in his passenger door on a brand new Mercury.......took the door panel off and found a Budweiser can.....one call to a block man and he had lifetime warranty on the vehicle.
