Early Check Engine

Okay, this is my guess. When I installed the Bakflip MX4, I drilled out the two drain tube holes near the cab. I think I may have punctured the filler neck with the tip.of the one inch bit....ugh....any ideas how hard/costly this replacement will be? I want to punch myself.

I just can't believe it. I was very careful to stop as soon as I broke through the bed liner but I guess the guide tip nicked the line. I could puke.
