Southern Cali BS Thread

I'm probably going to azusa Saturday around 10:00am to watch people tear there trucks up. Last Saturday a guy rolled his jeep/buggy and got air lifted out.

Thats gotta be one hard trail

It's a mud pit:

Most of it yes. There are some hill climb areas and some rocky areas but nothing is a trail to anywhere. There is a trail past the mud pit on the left. The ranger gives you the combo for the lock.

Not at all. You can definitely climb around without getting muddy as of last Saturday. I'm sure if it rains between now and this Saturday the condition there will be muddy. There are (3) river crossing to make it to the mud portion. (2) river crossings to get to where you can safely climb stuff "Sandy burms" 40 degree angle maybe steeper.. fun tho! The river crossing isn't very deep. I crossed it...

I guess it depends on how much 4 wheelin you want to do.
I'm a nuby to it so it was enough to satisfy my 4x4 needs at the time.
But he's right it's more of a mudding spot than anything...

The scenary is nice, but id never take my truck in that

I dont mind a little mud but thats just waaay too much...

More like how much time is it going to take to clean up truck & more importantly the undercarriage...

These pics are of that same location... I would never take my truck threw deep mud either.. on purpose..
