Ok, she definitely needs a name... I’ve always named my trucks and they’ve always been ones that stick. I have a ‘98 Z-71 with 368,??? miles on it that brought my kids home from the hospital 19 and 17 years ago. She’s lovingly referred to as Mighty Whitey. Damn thing’ll go anywhere, within reason... I just came out of a 2020 Silverado 3500 flat bed, named Big Ugly because well, she’s big and ugly... Anyway, I’m sure she’ll earn a name before long. Onto the new Taco! [emoji16] 2021 TRD Off Road. The only “upgrades” are the sliders, which I prefer over the Predator Steps and the black out kit, badging and tail pipe, from what I can tell. I’m super excited about this truck, I’ve wanted one for years and finally got it! First mod! Subdued American flag TACOMA insert lettering. It already had the black letters on it so my trusty 4 footer got some taco love. [emoji6] ~ Nick

Thank you Sir! I’m all over the place on where to go with this thing now that I actually have it... I bet I’ve spent at least 40 hours in the past 5 days (since I picked it up) in online research. Thus far my research has yielded far more questions than answers... That’s half the fun I guess! ~ Nick
I’ve been doing that with Toyota trucks for over 20 years. I still don’t know everything and half the time I have more questions than answers. you may have caught the toymodbug
Congratulations on getting your Tacoma. I've always been a fan of white trucks. Wat h out for that toyomodbug that OR mentioned. There is no vaccine for it.
Hey guys, I’m looking into onboard compressors for the rig. Lots of reviews and videos on the ARB’s, is there anything else out there you guys recommend? Anyone tried these? Tires mostly, air mattress maybe. I can’t think of a reason not to just throw the pancake in the bed if I’m using air tools... ~ Nick
I bought this portable one and have used it for the last 2 years with no issues. 33” tires aired up easy enough. There are nicer ones out there but I got this on sale for $68. Already found it cheaper. There is one in the Amazon warehouse for $62 Viair 00088 88P Portable Air Compressor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005ASY23I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_sfm-FbT696VR6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Added this track mount from Expedition Essentials and phone holder from TrackForm. It’s rock solid and install was pretty simple. You do have to drill a few holes but I don’t see a scenario where I need to remove it so... What I like is you can add other accessories as well without changing/removing your normal phone mount. ~ Nick
