TPMS - Total Reset? (2016 Tacoma)

Stupid valve stem found to be weeping
Air bubbles at single digits
bizarre.
 
Those buggered threads only hold the valve cap.

I'd look to how those got buggered. Perhaps the nut holding the TPMS to the rim got loose allowing the whole thing to move about.
 
I thought that funky little light was a reminder to fill my dog's water bowl.

Looks like a bowl. Or a goldfish bowl.
