I have a 2010 Prerunner with a 4” spindle lift and running 285/70/17. I had to do a small amount of plastic trimming to stop it from rubbing at full lock in reverse on an incline. You could run 295s on it but I’d do 6” to keep a decent space between the fenders and tires. That’s just my opinion though.

Probably be able to run them with 4” and the right offset with some trimming.

Re gearing might be something to think able as well.
