    Wifee went to bible study. Got home and fixed scrambled eggs, (farm fresh)...ham....hashbrowns.....toast......big ol' glass of milk. Sorry, no pics.....I was starving!

    Uuummmm, I wasn't hungry till I read this. Sometimes breakfast as an evening meal is the absolute best.

    1 lg yellow squash,1 Zuccinni grated with a motserella grater , 1 cup grated cheese, 3 cups flour ,1 cup cornmeal ,1/2 cup olive oil, 1 onion 2 scoops garlic ,couple cups of water to loosen it up so u can scoop it out with a laddle to pour on griddle and seasoning with basil, celantro, oregano and some melted budda'.
    Mix it up and Pam or budda' the griddle cook like pancakes they do cook slow though. Enjoy
