How often do you park beside another Tacoma….

but THAT is most likely a rePaint
the mirrors are painted and ain't never seen colour matched mirror housing as OG on a Gen1, especially a 98-00 model
Yeah I kinda suspected it may be a repaint! I noticed those color matched mirror housings myself when I took those pics! So that may be a copper canyon mica color? Didn't know that's why just said peach. Thanks for the info Jay!

I wouldn't mind copper canyon mica but those mid taco grille 98-00 and bumper are much different than the early taco 95.5-97

Been seeing this 1st gen in the parking lot at work a lot lately, so I decided to try and see if I can get some decent pics of it this afternoon! Not sure what color this is, I would call it a peach color myself! I've never seen one this color before, it seems rather odd to me! Maybe it was repainted this color?? Maybe it was special ordered in this color?? Hopefully Jay can chime in on this, he seems to be the expert!
Oh….My…..God…. I love it !

So after the 10 hour drive yesterday from Biloxi back to North Texas we made it home safe and sound. The wife and I both lost our a$$es at the Scarlet Pearl Casino. So today I was at the Golden Triangle Mall picking up the wife's birthday present when I spotted this beautiful gen1 2WD access cab. Excellent shape and it's very similar to Taco Man's gen1 gold pickup truck. This too is an AT. The owner has taken exceptional care for this classic.

At least you put something in other than just Tacos. You probably just photoshopped TacoMan's truck in there.

Glad to hear y'all both made it back safe and sound! That's an access cab? Looks like a single cab! Yes it's very similar to mine!

Dog gonnit Taco Man you are correct. It's a regular cab not an access cab. Sorry for hte confusion. I must still be drunk from all those complementary drinks they served me while I was gambling in Biloxi.
Sorry, didn't mean to make you feel bad! Just noticed it that's al, I thought maybe you pics of 2 different trucks at first. I looked for another truck but didn't see one.

Had a doctor appointment at the Dallas VA this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see another Tacoma parked behind me. A nice gen3 with a small lift kit. And yes, I removed the decals from my back window yesterday because my new volunteer job at DFW Airport requires me to have a 4"x4" parking permit that will be glued to the back window and I didn't want too much clutter.

Nice 3rd gen TexasBigBlue! Sucks you have to remove your decals! What kind of volunteer job are you doing at the airport? If you don't mind me asking.
